  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Within India: Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier availability.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected orders and locations.

  • Zenithra reserves the right to restrict COD on certain orders based on value or serviceability.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking details.


6. Delivery Delays

  • While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Logistics issues

    • High demand periods

  • Zenithra is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.


7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery multiple times.

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the order may be returned.


9. Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package:

    • Do not accept the delivery OR

    • Record an unboxing video and contact us immediately


10. International Shipping

  • Currently, we may or may not offer international shipping.

  • If available, charges and delivery time will vary based on location.
