Return & refund Policy

At Zenithra, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)

  • Products without original packaging or tags

  • Personal care items, innerwear, or hygiene-related products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”


3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

  • After verification, we will provide:

    • Replacement OR

    • Full refund


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@zenithra.com

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo/video proof (if applicable)

Once approved:

  • We will guide you with return instructions

  • Return shipping may be arranged or self-shipped depending on location


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund methods:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or UPI


6. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item):
    ✔ We bear the shipping cost

  • If the return is due to customer reasons:
    ✔ Shipping charges may be deducted


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank/payment provider

  • If still not received, contact us
